It’s time to move to MyIIRC - old login portals to Student Data and ePlans closing June 24, 2011

Effective Friday, June 24, 2011, the old Student Data and ePlans login portals currently on IIRC’s school and district profile pages will close, and the old passwords used to access these pages will be discontinued.
All users of IIRC services are encouraged to move to the new and improved Student Data and ePlans resources accessible through the MyIIRC portal. MyIIRC has been open since November 2, 2010. Over half of districts in Illinois have users registered on the new system.
For your guidance, THESE LINKS ARE BEING RETIRED EFFECTIVE June 24, 2011:

Instead, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER ON THE MyIIRC PORTAL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE:

Don’t have a MyIIRC account? No worries!
- Click
or the MyIIRC icon from the upper right corner of any IIRC screen.
- Register for MyIIRC using an access code, which is available from superintendents. Administrators determine permissions for access to Student Data and ePlans.
- Superintendents who need an access code should contact myiirc@niu.edu or call 815 753 0978; principals who need access codes, please contact your superintendent.
- Use the registration guides available on the MyIIRC login page under Register for Access. (Click on the blue question mark icons.)
- You supply the registration information requested only once, while customizing your own username and password for a single sign-on to both Student Data and ePlans.
- Once registered, go back to the MyIIRC login page and enter your username in the “Register Users Log In Here” window. Your MyIIRC district or school data dashboard will open.
- District or building staff with administrator approval can easily create user accounts for individual teachers
- ROE, RESPRO, or LTC Directors: you, too, have access codes for accessing MyIIRC. Again, go to registration guides on the MyIIRC login page under "Register for Access". Contact myiirc@niu.edu or call 815 753 0978 if you have questions.
Please remove any bookmarks or favorites links you have used in the past for Student Data and ePlans on the old school or district login system as these links will no longer function after June 24, 2011.
